Mythothon is a month long readathon from 1st to 30th November
in your timezone. While the readathon is based on Greek Mythology, the books you have to read don't have to focus on any mythology. Sign-ups are open will remain open throughout the readathon (latecomers are welcome!). You can share Twitter updates,
reading sprints, Instagram photos or just generally share how you’re
getting on with the readathon using the hashtag #mythothon.

WHAT WILL I BE READING
I haven't decided what I will be reading for each prompt. Well, I'd love to be able to read a book for reach prompt, but I never read twenty-five books in a month (and I don't think I ever will). However, here the prompts I picked and which books I'll read for them:
- Hebe: A Place Called Perfect by Helena Duggan (a middle grade novel);
- Aphrodite: The Architect of Song by A.G. Howard;
- Ancient Greece: Escaping from Houdini by Kerri Maniscalco;
- Echidna: The Girl from the Well by Rin Chupeco;
- Artemis: The Girl King by Mimi Yu (the cover of the edition I'm reading features a wolf);
- Hades: Paper Girl by Cindy R. Wilson;
- Demeter: Sea Witch by Sarah Henning (I may read another book with a nature word in the title and then this book may go to the Poseidon prompt).

Are you joining Mythothon? If yes, please let me know.
Have you read any of the books I'm planing to?
If yes, what did you think of it? Loved? Hated?
Any recommendations for the prompts?
Sounds like a fun challenge. I have to check out my review books, and see if I can work this challenge out. Good luck with it!
ReplyDeleteI love that there is a bingo card! I've heard of this, but I thought I could only read mythology books. I'm regretting everything now. I might join as a latecomer. I'll check my books to see if any of them match up. If not, I will be with you in spirit 😄
